Terms of Service

By accessing or using FreightSurf, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the FreightSurf platform. These terms apply to all users of the FreightSurf platform, including individual brokers, brokerage teams, and enterprise customers.

FreightSurf is an AI-powered inbox intelligence platform for freight brokers. The service connects to your Gmail inbox via OAuth 2.0 and provides carrier email monitoring, data extraction, carrier verification, load matching, and negotiation assistance. FreightSurf reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

You agree to: Provide accurate account information and keep it updated. Use FreightSurf only for lawful freight brokerage business purposes. Not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or resell the FreightSurf platform. Maintain the security of your account credentials. Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your use of the service.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. FreightSurf reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

FreightSurf and all associated technology, algorithms, and platform components are the intellectual property of FreightSurf, Inc. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform for your brokerage operations. Carrier data extracted from your inbox remains your data. FreightSurf does not claim ownership of your carrier intelligence.

FreightSurf is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. FreightSurf shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. FreightSurf's total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to FreightSurf will be suspended and your data will be deleted within 30 days. FreightSurf may terminate your account immediately for violation of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
